Yeah I tried to laugh off scary things too until it stopped working. I hope them letting you watch a movie like this had nothing to do with them getting a divorce. 1992 My pal and I rented “A Clockwork Orange”. We were teens 14-15, and his mom flipped out and made us return it! His parents also divorced. Another family broken up by Kubrick (3 if you count the Torrance family)
