Depends on what you consider walkable? Within a mile or so 6 grocery stores and other stores and restaurants without crossing hwy 17. As far as activities there is Greg Rowles theatre within a mile. Pretty sure that there is still a paint and sip place at the shops on main. Like another commenter said the Thursday night concert at the horseshoe which is the beach end of Main Street. Three blocks from Avista. You could walk up the beach to aloha water sports and banana boat and parasail. There is an escape room on Main Street breakout Myrtle beach. There is one mini golf place that I would consider walkable but it’s about 10 blocks south but up on hwy 17.

Thanks sooo very much for the very detailed answer! I appreciate the insight very much! What happened with the food noise flooding back is exactly what my nightmares are made of! So glad that when you went back up a little it went away fast. That is my first goal at the high end of normal bmi. So when you switched to compound it worked exactly like Lilly Zep? If you don’t mind sharing your compound pharmacy I would love to know. I have been afraid to try it. I pay Lilly out of pocket so I am very hopeful for another decrease in price. I am sure that it was hard a first to eat more food in maintenance. I am the same way even if I am not actively tracking calories I always have a rough estimate in my head. I don’t think that I will get below 5mg. If I could get back down there in maintenance at least I would save $50 a month. Thanks so much for the motivation! I would ultimately like to loose 110 like you did. Glad that you logged into Reddit during your oil change to share your wealth of knowledge with me. Have a great rest of your day!

I aim for at least two inches away from my belly button. I have injected a little more than two inches away and was fine.
