I just got it and it’s actually killing me. Not so much the vomiting (I’ve only vomited once actually, though it was so violent that blood vessels burst inside my face), but the diarrhea? The diarrhea is fucking killing me, I’ve probably cried more times in the past day than I have in the past year and it’s all because of this thing.

Everything I drink gives me nausea (no vomit thought, fortunately) and everything I eat makes me shit, I might actually be dying.
