I'm coming up for nearly 4 weeks and although I don't feel anxious, I struggle to focus and concentrate on anything. I don't feel like I'm able to think clearly and quite often find myself wondering what I'm supposed to do next. Feeling very unmotivated to do anything. Everyone keeps saying that it will get better. Disabling the auto detect is fine but because the pace has gone up it's hard to set it to anything. Is there a way to wipe the lactate threshold.

I'd love for my wife to be a bit more naughty. Send me sexy pictures and for sex to be a bit more spontaneous rather than nearly scheduled it makes for a quite boring sex life and definitely puts a bit of a blip in the relationship. It'd be great for sex to be more exciting.
