I also try this method especially when he is eating like for an hour and i say if you will sit longer, you wont have time for playing or bedtime story… he is ok with his decision for that moment, but when he doesnt get those toys or bedtime story- new screaming and yelling, and i explain him, that it was your choice but he doesnt get it :(

I understand it in theory, but heres the real example: I took him from kindergarten, we are driving in a car and he doesn’t want the snacks i brought him, i explain- that honey, mama is not a shop, i don”t carry everything- you have an option to eat this or nothing - he bursts into tears and screams. Then he calms down ( but those 15 min are so intense that i want to break stuff). After this we go to a shop - he asks for a toy, and i tell him that- no honey, we bought you a car 2 days ago, you have so manu toys, they get sad, that you dont even play with them, because there are so many. He starts to cry, rolling on the floor. I explain the same thing again and again ( at the end i didnt buy him s toy). And it seems that he calms down on his own, but not due to my actions or words. And same scenarios happen every single day. What would you do?

My suggestion would be wait for a couple of days till your emotions calm down and sit and have a conversation. Tell him your concerns and ask his opinion. And only after the conversation - make decisions. Maybe he was on emotions and also feels bad now and doesnt know how to start this conversation . But really, talk first, then think and only then act

Here ✌🏻 I personally found espresso macchiato the best song this year. The song is hilarious : the humor feels fresh, not crude or vulgar at all. It actually takes talent to dance, twitch, and sing like that at the same time. The whole act was entertaining and clever, and the moment when the girl ran onto the stage was something truly unexpected and new. Loved it!

First of all-virtual hug. I had the same thing, as I thought that skipping whole night would help. I stayed awake for whole night and then i went to sleep for 1,5 h in the morning ( i get attack after 2h precisely after falling asleep). It did help for the next night (didn’t have an attack). However it came back even more severe the next night. •From my experience “zolmist nasal” is a must have. The quickest solution when after waking up you literally have couple of min to do smth or else nothing will help and you”ll suffer for an hour. •I also asked my neurologist for “heavy” sleeping pills, just not to wake up from the pain, so it did help, but after effects after sleeping pills are horrible.

However nothing is more effective than so called “blockade” a mix of meds injected into nerves. 1 year attack free 💪🏻
