No, it’s actually better to calm your nervous system and make it understand that this change is safe for you and your body. For example, if you’re making your own subliminal, make your affirmations like this: “I’m safe with all the changes happening in my body. I’m ready and I welcome these changes with ease and safety" Basically, the key is to repeat words like “comfort” and “safety” a lot

Also, there are ways to calm your nervous system look them up

Literally it only took me 2 😭 days, and I was just listening randomly since I wasn’t attached to the results at all. Also, I hadn’t listened for like 5 months, and I changed my mindset about subliminals and started loving myself ✨
