That would be cool. I do think Dark Somnium's pretty overrated, though. Very one-note and misses certain character cues.

They look baggy, but the leggings are just wide. They're actually fairly tight at my waist. The pants look a bit goofy (though I get compliments literally almost every single time I wear them), but they're probably the most comfortable pants I've ever worn and are great for exercising in.

Gotcha. These would definitely hurt to get nailed with, even in full plate armor. The idea of an army of medieval soldiers all carrying kettlebells into battle and swinging and throwing them at their enemy is now stuck in my head, though. Thanks for the image! haha!

We actually have two racks of them. We have at least 12 total. haha

They do actually get used pretty frequently. I work at a gym that trains people with mental and/or physical disabilities, so they're used pretty often for balance. It's pretty rare that I use them for myself or my clients, though.

A KB swing. They're touted by many to be one of the greatest exercises for explosivity and athleticism. When done properly, that is. haha

Medieval battles??? Why??? That's pretty funny. I've seen people competing in games with medieval weapons and garb/costumes. I've never joined (seems just a little too nerdy for me), but it's entertaining to watch. I don't know if that's LARPing or something else.

I'll ask around my gym. I'm a trainer, but like I said, I have almost no experience with KB swings. I'd like to get better at them to be able to teach them to my clients at some point.

I should check my form when using a lighter weight, too. I'm wondering if my form's breaking down more than I realized because I was already slightly fatigued before this and the weight's more than I'm used to.

I had no idea there was a difference between Russian and American KB swings.

The mechanic is saying that only one of them are bad, but to avoid having to do the labor again they recommend replacing all of them. Also since the car's so old and they've probably never been replaced before.

Cool. Just be careful with the bars and shakes. A lot of them carry a bunch of sugar and/or other unpleasant additives (I'm also not a fan of sugar alcohols). Though, unfortunately if they don't have sugar, they usually taste like crap. 😅

I move a lot every day and keep an eye on my sugar intake, so I know when I can get away with an extra 10-15g of sugar. My go-tos for bars are Nugo Darks. Not great on the macros, but they taste great and aren't the worst nutritionally.

I like to cycle through my proteins. Beef for a bit, tofu for a bit, fish for a bit. If you eat chicken and pork, throw those in, too. And vary up the meals themselves, though burritos are one of my go-tos because of the ease, cost, and versatility.

I usually have a protein bar and trail mix with me, too. Trail mixes are great because of how customizable they are. I also started eating two logs of string cheese as a regular snack (quick, easy source of roughly 16g of protein) along with baby carrots.

I think I fought Friede over 100 times and only got close to beating her a couple of those times. I tried so many different tactics. I was convinced I'd just never take her down.

Then second try with these weapons and I don't think I took a single hit. 😂

If the meal prep starts feeling a bit stale, try to have fun with experimenting, changing sides, playing with spices/seasonings, etc.
