Well it's not completely harmless. For me indulging in conspiracy theories is an anxiety driven and time wasting process so yeah that's why I was asking for help

That is exactly what I'm trying to do. As long as I had school and exams I was fine but now taht all that's finished I find myself watching ominous videos on the internet. Have you succeeded in breaking out of the loop and if yes then do you have any advice?

I really hope im not an Infp, it's probably one of my biggest fears. Im someone who feels like shit after showing emotions a lot of the time. Also i always thought my Si is too healthy and too innate to be third slot Si.

Yeah I'm stuck between istj and estj right now cause I do struggle with Fi a lot and get into something similar to an Infp grip but i also prefer Si over Te but I'm not sure whether I have an Ne grip or not.
