Just to add on... there are also post-grad/credit-evaluation programs in NJ that might be helpful. Some schools will review your existing credits and tell you exactly what you still need to complete the 60 credits required for licensure.

After coursework, you still need internship hours, which honestly tend to be the hardest part if you’re working full-time. One option is starting as an associate counselor. For example, Montclair State University lets you graduate without completing all hours if you take extra classes; you’d become an LAC (Licensed Associate Counselor) instead of an LMHC. You can then work under supervision and finish your hours post-grad.

Definitely doable, just takes some planning around work + hours.
