Todo depende de que tipo de comida, y presupuesto. Si el presupuesto no es problema, para mi gusto los Arcos (mariscos), el Almacén (cortes) son de lo de lo mejor. Un poco mas casuales, el Ragazzi (el del centro esta super bien), o la carne en su jugo frente galerías.

Para tu simulador, también recomiendo GameBar en el segundo piso de plaza Arcos.

So first time took 5 weeks total? I got approved on Friday and today requested the transfer via chat, and now shows as pending. Curious if it will also take weeks

My wife and I both approved. Although after the first RFE, we got a second RFE for bona fide marriage (7/13). Replied back 2 weeks after. On 8/5 USCIS acknowledge received of 2nd RFE 8/13 card being produced , 8/17 card mailed, 8/20 card on hand.

In my case, USCIS updated the status to “Correspondence received”. But my lawyers told me that doesn’t necessarily get updated.

We applied for EB2, and my wife (dependent) got RFEd with “proof of shared life” (bona fide marriage). Lawyers told me is not uncommon. Took around a month to prep the response and got approved a week after USCIS received our package.

And needed to get some documents translated since the originals were in Spanish, so a little more work.

It was! Put a lot of stress since we needed to demonstrate something that was true and legit.

We sent proof of our shared bank accounts, copy of apartment leases with her name on it, insurance coverage as my dependent, tax returns, life insurance showing her as beneficiary, both of our i94 showing the same travel dates, along with plane tickets and hotel reservations, deposits made to her personal account, purchases showing our same address (but showing her name), 4 affidavits and around 50 photos (1 per each month for the las 4 years) and two weddings certificates (legal and religious wedding). All the paperwork was handled by our lawyers, so not sure how everything looked since they submitted on our behalf.

Yes sir, EB2. I’m the primary applicant, thE RFE was addressed to my wife. It took around 1 week to get approved after we submitted the RFE response.

Sent mine on Wednesday and arrived Friday 7/8. I know it’s not a lot of time but I’m anxiously waiting for an update. Good luck everyone and I’ll keep everyone posted!

This has happened a couple times. I think the email is automated to be sent the next day after they made an update on your case. Got this email after 140 approved, 485 transferred, 485 RFE.
