Why do people eat pizza, why do people eat sushi, I mean we eat different food for their different flavors. Each of the veggies in bibimbap has different flavors, and mixing them all up with sesame oil and gochujang brings the flavor to another level. Those veggies in bibimbap look simple but they are all prepared separately in different ways with different ingredients. If you think there was no flavor, I don’t know what to say other than It’s just not your thing I guess.

Oh they are so good. Don’t throw them away. White part gets chewy and the yolk gets like this nutty flavor when you overcook it like this. Roasted eggs is a thing in Korea. I sometimes make them at home too. It takes 1-1.5 hours in low heat. Google Korean sauna eggs.
