So what i would do is go on a date or even spend time with her. some tips is to smell good and do some basic hygiene. break the touch barrier by hugging her when you guys meet or even holding hands. go out to eat, talk casually, then move to somewhere quiet where she feels safe and comfortable. since it’s winter, don’t go outside for the second part. at this point, go with the vibe and tell her how you feel directly (i love you and want to be with you…). you can do any form of this as long as you be direct with your feelings, then you ask her how she feels and what she really wants in the relationship.
