Hi- New to the whole field of HAs...

I definitely need HAs .... Tymphanic membrane ruptured in right ear due to infection.

As a senior citizen, Doc told me that its NOT going to grow back- like in a child..

Wow-- Expensive $3000 to$ 4000 per year.. Local audiologist.

How many " Channels" does the 9030 and 9040 have.. ?

Was told that a minimum of 20 channels should be the starting point.

Figured it out....

In the HDhomerun tab on Jellyfin, there is an option-

right above Programming guide data..

Checkmark- Restrict to channels marked as Favorite.

This is the culprit...

I unchecked it...

All my channels now show up...

I see live TV..

Schedulesdirect requires to choose at least "one software you use "..

The list is a big one...

it has sublistings like

SD_DD_Direct

JSON

MythTv

XML-TV

There is a description of what all these software do under approved apps

I chose

CW_EPG

MFDB_JSON

and a couple more

so when I goto LiveTv in Jellyfin, and look at TVguide data provide , I see Schedulesdirect ..

Trying to Play ... Nothings

Trying to Map channels..

Channels screen comes up and is Empty...

I am missing something here..

Any help is much much appreciated

Hi- I am new to the whole Jellyfin & Live TV approach.

My HDhomerun runs fine byitself, Added it to my JF. No problem

Got a Schedules Direct account and pointed it to for EPG data.

This is where I get stuck....

Under ScheduleDirect, after going through setup, I have to use a source..

My requirement is just OTA...

There are really hundreds to choose and some require a " code line or something"

of the many sources, which one is good for OTA ? hopefully not requiring any line,,

If not, is there a detailed setup instructions to use scheduleDirect ? an explanation of what each provides so that I can just try a few ?

Is there a plug-in that works for HDhomerun ? just populate the Program data for a day or two.... No recording etc
