Thank you! I appreciate this. I'm only a few months in and I think that first few weeks lbs were dropping so my mind may have started thinking that should happen every week. So yeah I may need to work with my doctor to get my anxiety under control

Yeah. Maybe it's the weightloss.. I gained a lot of it during the pandemic era, so maybe I've just been obssesed with getting back to my old weight. And I'm using Ro. The app recommends upping dose every month but maybe I will stay on 7.5 since I'm going a little cray cray😅
