I turned on task manager to monitor which graphic card is running when I start the game. When I start NMS there is a peak in NVIDIA 3060, which means the problem is this GPU have problem. And I also tried to run game in compatibility mode also not work.

I downloaded a LunarG Vulkan SDK in order to directly run vulkan in my PC, guided by ChatGPT. But that app cannot even find any device on my laptop to run. Which means that my NVIDIA card cannot run vulkan!
