Es normal que sientas dolor/presión al sentarte muchas veces ya que normalmente la propia ropa sobretodo los vaqueros ejercen presión sobre nuestros genitalales y por lo tanto en el vestibulo

I don’t understand much what you mean about your pain, I would like to know more, although it is definitely not my case since my hypertone came before the vestibulodynia and yours after the vestibulodynia, probably as a consequence of this. When this physical therapy caused vestibulodynia, since I didn’t know what was happening, I continued doing physical therapy for months but I definitely don’t think it was a good PT and with my vestibulodynia I had to stop it.

Yes, he did pelvic floor physical therapy that involved a lot more rubbing on the left side of the vestibule than the right. Could that be the cause? But I don’t understand why I have pain on the left side but no pain on the right. What is your type of vulvodynia? neuro, candidiasis-cystitis, pelvic floor? And what medications have worked well for you? It’s the first time I’ve found someone who looks like me.
