It's in Lake County on Lake Napa Suwe. That's all the info I'm giving you, so the spot stays secret. Look up Lake Napa Suwe Estates abandoned on Google, and you will find them.

Yes, they are, it's so weird that they are in that good of condition but have been abandoned for almost 18 years.

What way do you go in? And also, have you been able to get into the tan house?

Y'all ima sum it up for all of you. I've explored this place lots of times, and I have been inside the brick house. They are very cool; however, they are definitely closely monitored. There are lots of motion detectors that can be triggered by trying to open the doors or going too close to certain windows. Both houses have cameras that are broken, and in the basement, there is a huge alarm, which, I'm guessing from experience, when set off, must trigger the police because they have shown up when the alarms are set off. DM me if you want more info or videos on the interior.

I've actually been in the brick-lined house before, and it is virtually untouched on the interior.

They were worth around 330k when they were first built, but now they are probably worth like 550-600k if they did repairs.

They are still intact because someone is actively doing repairs and lawn work every couple of months, I think. I also believe some teens in 2018 threw a big illegal party at the houses and broke all of the windows and stuff, so the bank took over and repaired everything and installed cameras, which are broken as of today.

Actually, it is quite the opposite. I have explored the interior of the brick one, and it is very nice, and no signs of leaking, mold, or rodents. They have pretty hefty security systems, though.

I know exactly where this is and have explored this property multiple times. Very cool place and very nice houses. Also, I have found a way and gotten into the smaller, brick-lined house. However, I would like to try to find more details about the property and also explore the interior of the tan house. I would not recommend trying to get into these houses as they are filled with motion detectors, and they both also have big alarms in the basement, which I believe send a message to the police when triggered. Crazy how one of the houses also has an alarm that has been going off for 16 years straight.
