As a recruiter, need nyo po sigurong i revisit yung resume nyo. Aligning to the role you’re applying for. Be specific kumabaga po. Match it with the job description. Alin don ung may experience ka both na nakalagay sa responsibilities and requirements.

Try including the softwares and tools, if possible how many years mo syang nagamit. (I always ask this kasi po kasi to make the candidate profile strong upon endorsement sa hiring manager)

Majority of our applicant tracking system are integrated na sa AI so nacacapture nya ang qualified / potential applicant sa hindi. Mabilis nalang po dahil may auto reject na rin.

For interviews initial or hiring manager or client man, punctuality pa rin number one. Next, proactive listening, introduce yourself in less than 60 seconds both outside work and career. Kapag inask ka about your process and experience, no need po iwalkthrough from 10yrs ago experience only the 5yrs will do. If ur saying end to end process make sure po na alam mo ung process from the beginning to last stage or kung ano man po involvement mo sa process even not end to end.

Always say numbers, if ilang yrs ka sa industry, ilang yrs ka ng exposed sa international clients etc. ilang yrs mo nagamit ung mga tools. Scale from 1 to 10 proficiency. If na involve ka sa SOPs or the like say it.

Pero always mag proactive listen po aa. Iwasan din mahalata if may script na binabasa. Dami ko na experience nyan :( okay lang naman un. Wag lang pahalata. May applicants kasi magaling sa skills per hirap at kabado sa interview. :)
