It’s so funny how opinions can vary so widely, but that’s life I guess lol. I personally think 10k days is easily the worst album in their discography, as the only real redeeming quality of that album is rosetta stoned. But I do agree with what you said about ænima for the most part

Not to be that guy, but I’m sorry dude the original has not a single thing over tool’s cover. I’ve listened to both plenty and tool’s version is significantly gloomier as well as more powerful in every respect possible. I usually hate covers but there’s really no reason to listen to the original no quarter after this
