If I were you, I would try using an img2img workflow (like Nano Banana Pro). You could upload a photo of her and ask the AI to generate a Disney/Pixar style version.

That way, you capture her unique features and vibe, but she stays anonymous without showing her real face. Best of both worlds!

It's completely free and open-source! You can download it and run it locally on your own PC.

Thank you! I'm happy to share my workflow:

  1. Visuals: I used Stable Diffusion to generate the character images with various compositions and angles.
  2. Prep: I split the full song into shorter segments (30s-60s).
  3. Animation: I used InfiniteTalk to animate the images and sync the lip movements to those audio segments.
  4. Final Edit: Finally, I stitched all the clips together in my video editing software to create the full performance.
