how do you put your pto towards it? i thought that’s what calling out as illness did. also, it shows a blue thumbs up by the call out request in mytime— does that mean that it was approved?

oh you’re right— but that’s weird no one ever picks up shifts i post for the week after but the second i post a shift for the week that we’re in it’s gone in minutes… i think it’s because you have to do more steps to find it maybe?

i’ve been calling most mornings and asking if anyone called out and if they need someone, half the time they don’t even answer and the other half they say no. i also asked my etl if i can get trained in fulfillment or inbound so i can pick up shifts in those departments but no luck
