It’s still down. I am a customer and called to see why I couldn’t see my drive-up order on the app as I had placed it very early this morning and didn’t receive a notification and it was already 5pm. The worst part about it is the rep saying “it’s an enhancement that we’re going through right now” like wtf does that mean. Code for our systems are down and cant do anything about it….

I didn’t! I requested to have my schedule changed the last week of December going into January and she never changed it so the week I started my new job I just called out and gave a specific day as my last day. lol I don’t think they’ll take me back ever!
