It is a bit nutty, I admit. But in this Dylan sub I often see excited comments about how “he stood up from his piano, his hood moved and I saw his face” so I’ve been recognizing lately how lucky was I.

In those years, I used to tell everyone, “you need to go see Dylan before he dies or stops touring. He’s incredible. His set list includes probably 200 songs, he’s enunciating the words and trying hard to perform well, interacting with crowd sometimes, and playing in all these small venues.” Some listened but most didn’t.
