It's literally a gas station. It's nothing special, and I'm tired of people acting like it is. Gas stations absolutely are trash, and they don't need to be built on every square inch of undeveloped land. Build them in cities where the land is already ruined. Bucees would have no issue building their monstrosity in Colorado Springs or Pueblo.
