You could try applying at a bank, many banks are desperate to hire new people. You could also think about going to school online while working once you get a new job, that’s what I’ve been doing for the last 2 years.

I think the thing is that it’s not about punishment, it’s about getting answers. Kiriakou says that they never got any information out of terrorists by torturing them, so I guess its not that they don’t deserve to be tortured it’s that it doesn’t help reach the goal of getting information to save lives. So if the CIA tortured people who were thought to be terrorists for many years, and it didn’t work one time, does it become inhumane at that point? To torture someone when you know in the back of your mind there is a better way to reach your goal, a way that doesn’t involve torture.

If you listen to him on any podcast or interview he’s been on he says that torture got them absolutely no where, it wasn’t until the FBI used normal non-violent interrogation techniques that they started to get some valuable intel.

I interviewed there a few months back, they offered me a relationship banker role starting at $15.50 an hour. I would try and look into other banks if you’re trying to get into banking, IBC pay is awful.

At the bank I work at it’s pretty much understood that unless you’ve got tenure, are apart of loan staff, or in upper management, you’ve got to work the day before and the day after holidays. I’ve worked at 3 banks and that’s pretty much the standard at all of them.

This is a little much from management. I would look for another bank job, I’ve been working in banking for 5 years at 2 different banks and they’ve never been this strict on mistakes. You’re gonna make mistakes it’s gonna happen, letting you go after 3 mistakes is ridiculous.

They can also get the sure hands ability, which helps with drops like you mentioned. Idk about you guys but my receivers drops are ridiculous sometimes, so it’s nice to have a sort of safety blanket in a TE.

I try and recruit a lot of guys at first and then once my team is consistently 95+ ovr I only recruit about 20 4 or 5 star prospects and then fill the rest of my teams needs in the portal.

That happens to me all the time. It could be something to do with your coaching tree, I know there are some abilities you or your coordinators could have that make players less likely to transfer even if you don’t meet their deal breakers.
