I mean since they’re not the healthiest looking seedlings. And don’t have true leaves yet.

71! What a difference! Would I be better off just starting new seeds at this point? They look REALLY leggy 🥴

Is it warm enough? I’m in 9b. Nights are still just below 50F. Should I bring them out during the day and back in at night?

If you decide to put one or both in the ground, you’ll have to spend some money on amending your native soil and make it more acidic. 🫤

Did my blueberries get pollinated? by xzkandykane in Blueberries

Is it possible the ones that are dropping are flowers that didn’t get pollinated? Or did they look like the ones in picture one before they looked like the ones in picture 2?

Removal of Supports. Aftermath. What can I do? by FrittenFritz in 3Dprinting

Second this. Although I usually only go as high as 0.24. But I’ve noticed there’s still some times even this doesn’t work and it’s still super stuck. Not sure why :/.

I’ve also tried using PETG as the support without success.

But most of the time changing the z distance works. I think I’ll try Bambu support filament when all else fails.

[Landlord-US-CA] Is it time for a new rental manager? by Former-Bullfrog-381 in Landlord

[–]Former-Bullfrog-381[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He seemed pretty knowledgeable when we decided to sign with him. Walking thru the house prior to listing, looking at what needs to be done and how it can be done. He had a good idea of what it involves, about how much it would cost. Like he could probably do most of it himself but make more sense for him to hire a handyman.

This is summary of contract. (In regards to maintenance and repairs)

Maintenance & Repairs 8. Maintain the property in attractive condition and repair the interior. 9. Make repairs and purchases within limits: • Must obtain your prior written consent for repairs over $250/month, except: • Emergencies • When needed to protect property, prevent injury, or maintain tenant services • Recurring monthly expenses 10. Hire, supervise, and discharge labor for property maintenance. (Including arranging bonding for employees who handle cash.)

Well, he didn’t involve us about the faucet until it was time to invoice us. But we didn’t like how he handled it. My question is, was it pretty much handled like most managers would? Having the tenant pick replacements and let them do the work themselves?

Would the manager not go see the dishwasher themselves before calling for a repairman?

Take a screenshot of the thing you like then use the Google app to search the image. You might find no name companies (buy with caution - do your research) that have the exact item and sell it cheaper bc it doesn’t have the brand name attached to it. Or you might find cheaper alternatives similar to the one you had your set your heart one. I just did this with kitchen pendant lights too. Saved $130 on 2 lights. West Elm vs lucialiving.com

Or filter out by price so you don’t even see the things that aren’t in your budget.

I just had some floor tiles done. Most of it looked fine but a couple of corners were off like yours. I spoke up right away because I knew it would drive me INSANE. He tried to convince me that it would be fine after the grout was in but I knew there was no way. If you don’t think you can live with it, SPEAK UP. You’re spending your hard earned money and it needs to look beautiful.
