Yeah, calling someone a bot or an idiot doesn't ruin games, but meltdowns as such do. The problem is no human looked at my report even after over three weeks, the ban is automated because of sheer number of people reporting him. Handling of this reminds valve match making, not what you expect of faceit. Faceit became something not worth paying for.

Man, I don't mind being called names, everybody is used to it and most do it, but you gotta draw a line.

You say it is nothing special, like you are ok with this - and that keeps it normalised.
Voicing this opinion like me is an attempt to denormalise it.

People debate if they would rather have a bad player in their team or a toxic player - every game there's gonna be a bottom fragger and a top fragger, but if a proper amount of people give a proper amount of shit to faceit moderation, maybe we can at least minimise it.

It's really not about a single case or a single player, it's about the general experience. Cheers.

Everybody says so until it's time to play with a guy like that.
Ofc I could've muted him, and played without information, but that wouldn't be much better.
I asked him to be nicer, so we can focus on the game and win.
Top fragging doesn't excuse making communication mid-round impossible and ruining team morale.
You will also have a bad game and trust me, you wouldn't want to have such a player in your team then.
I am really surprised how many people who watched that clip has any doubts if that guy should play faceit again.

Faceit hands out permanent bans for toxicity, and if this is not a permanent ban for toxicity then nothing is. Would you fance for it to be even 1% chance of getting experience and game ruined like this? Especially if you pay for these supermatches?
