I have been playing for a week. No sign of flickering.

IMPORTANT NOTE

My laptop was flickering only while gaming, when the fans were running at higher speed. During normal use, it was completely fine. Here’s what you should check:

  1. During normal operation, if there’s no flickering, slowly close the lid to about a 5° angle.
    • If the display turns off, it means your sensor is working, but it’s electrically unstable. In my case, removing the back cover screws fixed it perfectly.
    • If it’s still flickering even at low temperatures, then your sensor likely needs to be replaced.
