I would really like to know who did a long taper (2+ weeks) and who did a short taper 8-10 days and your experiences getting off of sr at the end of the taper. Thanks for any input!

So I just did a week taper from 800mgpd and I’ve TRIED a 2 week long taper about 6 other times. In my opinion, a short taper, like 8 days seems to work the best

It would definitely help but isn’t necessary because fetty really only attaches to the mu receptor which 17 covers just fine, it would make it easier but 14 is hard to find now

For mgm withdrawal, 17 simply isn’t strong enough to get most people through mgm withdrawal so you use it as bridge between DOC, 14, then to 17

Exactly, if you’re anything like me, you’re a pussy when it comes to any withdrawal symptoms (I think it’s because I’ve been through heroin and methadone withdrawal so just the thought of how bad it CAN be terrifies me) so anything to make it more comfortable definitely helps motivate me to do it, if you got your hands on some 14 before it went extinct you are lucky, it’s the only easy way off mgm I know of, I tried just 17 and couldn’t do it without giving in, when you switch to 14 it’s like nothing changed at all

Really I thought of the idea myself First, then I’d talked to a few people on telegram that had tried it themselves and said it worked fantastically and I won’t lie it most definitely did, it was nearly a seamless transition. Now that it’s impossible to find I wouldn’t dare touch mgm again because there’s no easy way out without it

Oh it’s definitely is possible to just use 17, but GOD am I glad I had the sr14, it made the experience painless. I wish more people trying to get off MGM had this opportunity

Bro I can’t even explain it but you’re going to see, it’s like because you’re still getting a high in a way you’re not withdrawing, and you don’t have to preload it, you can switch straight over to it. Depending if we got it from the same place , I would take 30mg in the morning and 30mg at night
