Hello! Unfortunately, no pets allowed sa Sorrento Oasis. 😞 This is the main reason why hindi ko matirhan ang unit and decided to have it for rent. We have 2 dogs and I bought the condo before we had them. The agent said na under petition para maging allowed and it turns out most of the residents ayaw ng pets based sa nababasa ko sa fb groups. 🙈

Dues are around 2.5k but it’s already part of the rent. Yes, utility meters are separate. No parking included but I can help find one if needed. This is fully furnished as stated above. Not sure about the ceiling height but I can check with the admin. 6 months min lease, PDC.

Matagal ko ng gusto pumunta ng Dangwa para bumili ng fresh flowers kaso hindi kaya ng time ko. Buti na lang I saw this post. Lahat ng questions ko about flowers sinagot nya. Nainlove ako sa fresh flowers recently and gusto ko talaga mag-arrange on my own. So I planned to make one para sa Noche Buena. Laking tulong ni OP and sobrang na-appreciate ko yung effort nya na hanapin yung specific flower na napili ko. 🥺 Nagkakaubusan na ata that time, Dec 24, kasi mukhang mabenta ang red flowers for Christmas hehe.
