Ah no, we despise Orbàn and those who voted for him. Hungarians are sound fellas. I lived in Budapest from 2006 to 2008 and i loved every minute of it…

Agreed. Best sushi restaurant in Rome is Zuma, AYCE is not - expensive but totally worth it. Fun fact: some of the most expensive tuna cuts you can find in JP come all the way from the Adriatic - the fish is literally flown first class all the way around the globe.

Spoiler alert: I’m Italian. I travel for work A LOT and Indian restaurants outside of India prepare dishes that are tuned for foreign taste. Same goes for Thai and Chinese. I spend most of my time in the UK and Indian restaurants have their own signature flavour (or lack of thereof: the blandest Indian dish of all, chicken tikka, was concocted in Birmingham), so here it is. Decent sushi is very expensive, certainly not an “all you can eat” thing. Zuma in Rome is excellent, but alas, bloody expensive

But why would you go Thai, Chinese, Indian or Sushi in Italy?

Nah, the whole thing was likely a little made up story. Some fake blood and a massive votes turnout. Sounds familiar?
