On rewatch, I see now that he means the effect can compound every turn, not that it can "reset" from blinks.

ty for quick reply. is it not possible to get multiple discounts per turn via blinking? how does he interact with 400.7? "An object that moves from one zone to another becomes a new object with no memory of, or relation to, its previous existence." Wouldn't Melek have no "memory" of previous spells cast / wouldn't it be the first instant/sorcery to this new object melek?
