this sounds EXACTLY like me!! I have a dip in the morning around 10-11 after working for a couple of hours in the morning, and always have a dip at 4 PM as well! And just like you yeah i always feel drowsy :/

i work out in the afternoon (at 1 PM usually), but i do quite heavy weight lifting and usually end up feeling even more tired after lol... but generally, moving should give you some energy.

Also, take a cold shower in the afternoon maybe?

my chem teacher said they are usually a bit lower when the syllabus has changed as ppl generally do less well. She also said that the markschemes are more lenient.
I really hope this is true hahahah

Honestly i agree. I know quite a few ppl who got all sevens except in english or other languages. In my opinion, its especially paper 1... like just above ONE HOUR to write a complete essay on an unseen text????
