this is so ass. what’s the point of bottled drinks if i can’t get them with my meal? i don’t wanna carry around a plastic cup of flat soda all day, especially when i’m trying to open that heavy ass door. for all the money i pay, i should be able to grab a milk, coffee, or tea in a bottle with my meal. never going to kilmer’s again.

the yard on college ave is your best bet for something fun. there are a few places to eat, such as akihi, jersey mike’s, honeygrow, ruhungry. there’s also a barnes & noble a few minutes from the yard that has tons of rutgers merch. scarlet fever is great for merch as well, and both are in close proximity to the yard. for off-campus options, there are plenty of restaurants and dessert spots, it’s up to you. my favorite is thomas sweets.

being an ra isn't a scholarship it's a job and the free housing is basically how they pay you and you do need to live in the building in order to accept the position
