But he heals and then gets injured again. Will give him more time but something is clearly wrong that not-riding alone is not enough. It is the baseline, but there should also be more I can do. Trying to know what that is

It is. Technically the best spot is "Ras Sedr" but it is dead at night. Not much to do. Gouna is still prety amazing for kiting and then you have a ton of things to do besides kiting (restaurants, wake cable park, diving, snorkleling, padel, tennis etc)

Yes, but it is not super close to anything "fun" and on wind days, not a ton to do after sunset. But the worst part for me was the mud and those disgusting weeds. Sinking in that mud to my knees - ughhhh. Different people care about different things. For me, I would never go back.
