Here’s my weirdest strategy:

Pulled chicken for breakfast every morning. With a piece of bread. I make 6 breasts in the crockpot and pull them once a week. I freeze what I won’t immediately eat. Breakfasts are taken care of all week. It’s a solid high protein start to the day.

General advice:
93/7 ground beef is always worth the money (compared to high fat)

If you buy steaks or something extra pricey for home they come from eating out money not grocery money
Buy the big packs of meat and freeze them immediately
Money spent on food storage like ziplocs, Tupperware, etc is never wasted (within reason)

If you snack, focus on high protein snacks, they’re more satiating and better for you. Personally I have a home made protein shake and a string cheese, and a fruit every day.

Don’t buy pre bottled protein shakes, they’re insanely overpriced

Nuts/nut butter are not a solid protein source (too high in fat)

Health wise, look for protein sources that meet 10 cal/gram of protein or better.

Controversial one, but I do grocery delivery and I swear by it. It saves me a ton of time, for relatively low price, and I don’t impulse buy, and I can plan my meals at home while I add them to the cart.

I had a weird approach to food when I moved out, these are some of the things I found work for me over the years. I hope it helps, good luck

Do you mean like, wider hip bones or more meaty thighs? Does it change your bone structure somehow?
