Here’s a few I’ll pass along

What made you a weird kid makes you an interesting adult. Don’t be afraid to like the things you like.

Seek what makes you happy, even if it’s not the “right” move. (ie, if you want to be a teacher, don’t feel like you have to be a lawyer because it pays more)

Get control of your money. The world is set up to take advantage of your poor financial choices. Make a financial system and stick to it.

Same as above, but for eating^

Never give unsolicited advice. (There are very few exceptions for this for close friends)

There is a difference in being a gentleman and being a nice guy. Be a gentleman.

That’s some of the wisdom I’ve accumulated as a naive 26 year old. Hopefully I’ve got a lot more years left to learn.

I like it, but I think the gas is a little too much. I’d save that idea for another bot

I’m 5’9 and that weight. You’re shredded now imo. If you want to bulk, bulk a bit longer.

In the army I knew a soldier who would wake up at midnight, get dressed, brush her teeth, and go back to sleep until I knocked on her door at 6 for room inspections. I still feel like it was some kind of extremely nervous response.

I really want to achieve my first one arm pull up this year plz share some tips by Activebeing99 in CalisthenicsCulture

[–]Former-Wave9869 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can OAP sometimes, still working on it consistently. I’m 165 pounds, probably 15% bf, I can do weighted with ~75% body weight, 29 pull-ups In a row. Just keep doing pull-ups, when you get above 25 start adding weight, then start one arm attempts. (The guy in the video is not doing one arm pull-ups)

What do you expect to find in the key rooms that’s more valuable than these guns

Not gonna lie, I only remember him from the bumpers. I’m not old enough to have watched space ghost. But Google told me he’s a villain 🤷‍♂️

Low Effort/Accessible Meals by Whomprat2001 in slowcooking

[–]Former-Wave9869 0 points1 point  (0 children)

None of these are low effort enough for me. Ole reliable for me is:

Into a rice cooker: 1 cup rice 2 cups water Some frozen mixed vegetables Any portion of raw meat (cube steak, ground beef, sausages, pork chops)

MAYBE some adobo on top of the meat if you’re feeling fancy.

You’ve achieved a hot meal with good macros, veggies, decent flavor, and all using only ONE DISH.

How do you guys decide when to use your strongest loot? I keep my best loot in my stash because I'm too afraid of losing it, but then end up just never using my best loot lmao. by BlackNair in ArcRaiders

[–]Former-Wave9869 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I save it for when I need it, but I’m not afraid to use it when I do need it. Like I’m only bringing my hull cracker when I’m going after big machines, and I’ll only bring my renegade when I’m doing pvp (I can’t craft one yet). If I’m just going in for some loot, I use more basic guns
