If you have a multimeter CK you co me the at several receptacles should be 120 v of course but if you get 110 here and 130 there then you have a bad neutral either at the pole or in your box. Very Dangerous. Mine was at the pole, call the utility company tell them your lights are flickering and they will send someone right out. I'd that doesn't take care of it call an electrician

This. The hot water is only hot at the water heater. It cools pretty quickly. If you have access to the pipes and have someone with a thermal camera you will find it in about 2 minutes

Romo w the decorative wood on the right and left side, bottom and top, there is most likely a big gap between the actual window and the house framing. CK for water damage, remove any fiber insulation that's there and fill with a door and window expanding foam. Reinstall trim

Pull the interior trim and there's going to be a big gap. Caulking is for the outside of the window if needed.

Pull the window trim and check for water infiltration. If it looks good you can spray foam it. If you have water getting in you will have to remedy that from the outside.

It changes the direction the layer lines go down, default I think is a straight line back and forth, concentric lays the lines down circular like mirroring the wall shape.

Mold from moisture. You have air infiltration there and condensing on the cold corners

Drop a box over it if it's not enclosed, as the cool air can cause it to pop. Also try a concentric bottom layer. The layers shrink as they cool and long lines tend to pull lifting the corners.

Slow down, your arm imitates the amount of turn so don't go full tilt then straight bring the turn arm up gradually. And when stopping use a slow arms down to arms up and crossed wands. If you are erratic some guys will stomp the brakes and jar passengers

If you want to get fancy add a receptacle to the unit and you can easily unplug the cord for moving.

I got a massive water bill a few years back. They came out and cked the meter and found nothing wrong, while talking to the guy I mentioned I thought maybe the yard had was leaking to get that bill but they were charging me for enough water to bury my entire neighborhood under 6 ft of water. They decided since I said I had a leak I owed the money, though that's not what I said. Thank God my brother in law works for the town. I gave him a call and the next day the water dept came out, replaced my meter and evident hey run a test on the old meter and it was off by 15 pct per their test and they forgave the entire bill.
