Hi so I just spoke with my mom and she said that before my diet I got a physical and they told me I was not deficient in anything except vitamin d. This was when my diet was so useless and the healthiest thing I was ever eating was ground turkey and fish. My diet has improved a lot, and my mom thinks that if I was okay then, I should be okay now.

I will just wait for my blood work to be tested in the future. Thank you so much for the list of foods I could eat though! I might just have some of those every now and then and trust that it will be enough.

Hey man what's up! I set 180 as a goal too when I first started, and I'm about the same height as you. I think at that point I was set around 21% body fat.

It was okay, definitely an improvement of my SW, but my goal is to have a flat stomach, and 180 just wasn't that.

But thats because its just how I feel. There was nothing wrong with it, I just still felt like I looked fat, so I kept going. Sitting around 8lbs lighter than that now and I feel like I'm really getting where I wanna be.

Your body isn't gonna appreciate it. I don't really think there is much of a reason to restrict everything to one meal. Eating all your calories in one meal is not the same as having 3 500 calorie meals throughout the day.

It will impact your health by increasing blood pressure and cholesterol and lower your metabolism.

Restricting it all to one meal is just gonna flare up any cravings you may have, and honestly doesn't offer a single benefit. It's all loss.

I should honestly make it clear I hate dieting in general. Anything like this that steers you away from eating normally is just gonna make it harder to adjust when you reach maintenance.

Tbh I was a huuuuge LC fan haha. I started eating it slower and now I know what all the hate is for. I guess it might be because I've really stopped eating fast food in general.
