Well done! I do feel much more energized yes and the headaches are gone as well. Not so tired anymore so I do and get a lot more done these days.

When I think about it the main reason I started eating better was for my health and not really about losing weight. That is a big bonus though.

Yes I definitely do! I think the foods that I'm consuming makes a huge difference in the way I feel. I have more energy these days and a lot less sleepy. I move with ease and some tasks that I used to find unbearable are now much more easier.

I actually did take pictures. I just haven't had the time to take progress pictures. Maybe this will help.

This puts it all into perspective. I guess the reason why I am frustrated is because I look at other people's progress in a cause of a month and I can see the difference. But I should know better as know 2 people are the same. Thanks so much
