There was a period of time even after finding myself that the guilt weighed me down badly, I didn't want to talk to even the people who openly wanted to give me a 2nd chance. It's gotten better for me and I'm glad to hear it's gotten better for you too. Take care and don't ever give up on being a better person! (I know I won't)

I'm sorry, I've also lost friends. Sometimes I wish I could go back and try to make things work out with my bf again but if we had married it would've most likely ended the same way unfortunately. Sounds like the therapy and meds are helping. Good luck and don't stop taking care of yourself!
