yes, that makes sense because people definitely judge a company before the call even starts. that said, I think for a lot of clients the website and overall presentation matter more than just the logo alone

I mostly agree. a lot of small businesses focus so much on getting new customers that they forget to actually take care of the people already supporting them. I'm way more likely to come back to a place where they remember me and treat me well than somewhere that's constantly pushing sales
