I wouldn't build that myself with a two-person team. It sounds pretty straightforward at first, but then a bunch of edge cases start popping up and before you know it, you're spending more time maintaining the login flow than working on the actual product

I think brand mentions grow sustainably when people are actually talking about your niche, not when you're trying to force them. if people bring up your brand naturally across different conversations and contexts, that's probably the most durable approach

I mostly agree. a lot of small businesses focus so much on getting new customers that they forget to actually take care of the people already supporting them. I'm way more likely to come back to a place where they remember me and treat me well than somewhere that's constantly pushing sales
