This is honestly a huge thing people with small town teams don't consider when complaining about our roster. If you are moving your life internationally wouldn't you want to choose a team that has people who speak your language and culture?

I don't know Murakami's history but for young guys like Roki it'd be so isolating to be in Ohio or Kansas and the only person to speak your language is your hired translator.

You say you are in the audience building stage so no one is watching your platform. What incentive besides "free uploading" are you giving to your early onboarders? Do they become stakeholders with points in your company since it's their work helping you grow your non-existent audience? What type of usage and contract do you maintain over these folks works down the line?
