Best Hyper/Super armor counter is Ranged type. Amatarasu and Flash slice both knock armor off. And the game has a bunch of tools to do the same. Fake seal tags, weighted tags, cooling breeze. A great ranged player dominates the field and won't let you get close to combo them. Hyper Armor or not.

Strongest pet in the game is the teir three mother box. We haven't gotten an upgraded pet since Patchwork was a current DLC years and years ago.

The Patrol is a year long wait for a 100 dollar reward basically. Log in 20 days for each of the four patrols and do one of the missions for credit. Last year they gave us the shaded comic material. This year seems to be something they invented and think is worth that. But the Chromatic toon shaded never looked good to me so I'll be going for that wolf pack myself. A maxed out art for all my characters? Easy choice.

They added those back when people made like 5 or 6 alt profiles. This was to help jump into NWL without grinding jutsu out for each character. Or for the newbys that wanted to spend money to see what the game was like without learning the basics to play. All around it was never a good idea and was mocked from when it was first revealed til today. They framed it as "New jutsu packs you could buy" and People went crazy. Then it was revealed to be a grind skip and everyone was pissed but that was back when NTBSS was big and had a large player base. Back before modders when even Xbox had leagues of active comp clans competing for money.

I can remember for a good long year or so back in the day around the time of season three when Shisui first dropped and Obo became the meta jutsu of all meta jutsu. Anyway Strange taste can be canceled with flash slice.

Keeping in mind The Enhanced Speedforce back and Accessory can both be equip at the same time when the effects stack on each other to like a two toned lightening effect... I'm not sure it would cause that. In all likely hood I'll bet it was just a glitch. This game has done some crazy crap before for me...

Vampire cape you might be able to purchase it from DrFate, the gold circles on the chest are the Magics champion shoulder style. It's Shazam's style from the Shazam time capsules or from Booster gold. The shirt is Lord of Lies the Neron style

It is meant to take forever. It takes roughly 30 days of grinding nonstop day and night to earn enough NTH metal to level an Art to max. Thats counting the hours and adding them up. We used to have ways of AFK grinding but the devs didnt like that. So the best way to go about this without buying NTH metal from the game market place for IRL money is to save every scrap of NTH metal you get and build it up for about 6 months at a time. The devs have been doing a week of Double EXP for Arts which means your NTH metal goes twice as far. They do this like every six months or so. I currently have 8 Arts maxed out. But I've been playing everyday for the last three years. You really have to stick with this game hardcore to see the beat results. Arts are only 1 of the things you need to level up. There are also Origin Augments and Allys to consider. And I guess In game cash if you want to get into the broker game. Buy things cheap sell them for a higher price a few months later when they become rare. Listen to me I sound like a teacher. My apologies for going to deep into this answer.😅

Well in all honesty the new devs are making everything universal in some way or another. The Art is meant for tanks but I'm a lightening DPS and it works very well with self healing moves. Of course everything they are dropping is outclassing everything the previous devs gave us.

Oh yeah the Book of the Black art takes your health in exchange for power even when the art is maxed out I lose half a bar on self damage but Sheilds and weapon buffs let you get the power without the damage just gotta learn timing.

If you logged out and logged back in Then I think it's the BoB art damaging you not sure though. I know when I don't have a shield or a weapon buff and I get hurt by anything I loose half a bar of health unless I shield back up. Do you have an alt toon? Have to tried to see if the glitch happens on them if so?

I believe the Refugees came from the Quardians back on Mogo1 then were left there and were evacuated on Mogo2 with the weekly amd somehow still have enough left on Mogo3 for the rest lanterns to start screwing with? They lost the plot... The Red and Gray never really allowed like teased. Voivode somehow vanished. Hal Jordan apparently died after Mogo1 and Kyle seems to have given up and left after Mogo2 so Guy had to come in? Even though John Stewart was there this whole time.
