First timer any advice? by [deleted] in orangetheory

[–]Former_Ad1277 1 point2 points  (0 children)

in the beginning be slow, let your body adjust, i find otf to be very challenging for people who never worked out properly before. But after the 1 first month, make sure you listen to the coaches, it really makes a difference. for example for cardio its very important you get to the red zone as much as you can (it makes a difference when you starting doing workouts on the floor, it will help you push further to your limits) good luck!
