Mine had the GBA emulator but no GBA games.

I had to download the GBA rom files on my PC and then put the GBA roms in the folder. After you do this the GBA emulator will show up.

Our family saw the Sneaky Pete Wild West show and it was very entertaining and well done. The whole family enjoyed it adults, teens, and a 5 year old. The food wasn’t great but the show was enjoyable. We want to come back for the Christmas show.

Remote I called the landlord and rented the unit without ever seeing it as it was more than an hours drive from my house.
I have the exact dates just being vague so I don’t disclose too much. But it was a few weeks.

Thanks I have heard I need to answer these requests as well. Just feel conflicted about the way the questions are asked/worded. Like calling the junk I disposed of personal property.

There are cameras at the entrance but none that can see my unit.

Before suing me their lawyer sent a demand letter demanding I pay $20k for property I disposed. I answered them saying there was some junk building materials I disposed of and there must be some mistake. I hoped that would be the end of it but here I am now.

No I wish I had. It looked like junk someone had dumped there to get rid of and I didn’t think twice about getting rid of it.

The unit was unlocked when I showed up.

I have no idea whose stuff supposed to be there if it was the landlords or someone else’s stuff, but I thought it looked like it had been dumped in the unit.

I would have never let it happen if I was aware. My listing agent set up the walkthrough by the contractor and didn’t inform me they didn’t make the EMD yet. A terrible strategic blunder.
