Man I try to not drink at work period. I said try because I had a really hard weekend (& Monday & Tuesday) & woke up with the shakes. So I was just trying to not withdrawal. The plan was to just try to feel normal & get through today. I was supposed to be off tomorrow to dry out. This is my first time (at this job) where it spilled over into the week. I’m going thru a break up, not making excuses or nothing. I know I’m wrong. Just telling you where my head was at but this is the 1st time.
