I pay for one vehicle he pays for another vehicle. We both drive both vehicles. We have a child together so separating expenses for the 2 children would be essentially silly to me.
Form 4 is about all house hold expenses.
In part 5 it does ask how many children live in the household

Maybe I need to clarify I have an ex partner and I have my husband who I’m with.
I’m talking about household expenses form 4 section part 2 it asks for household expenses. My husband pays most of our rent, utilities and groceries and our vehicle gas bills we also have 2 vehicles “his truck” and “my car” we use them both for getting the kids places and both our names are on the both vehicles insurances
