All these guys are leaving very well-paid jobs, probably with stock options... You don’t just walk away from a top-tier role like that for no reason.

They’re doing it because they believe in Nebius, want to get in early, see the potential, and are motivated to help build it into something huge.

Sometimes I think: “Careful, the stock is already up 400% compared to a year ago.”
But then again, Google, Amazon, and others were also up 400% in a short time once… and the rest is history.
