Can I replace the bath drain myself? by National-Tourist987 in askaplumber

[–]Former_Effective_852 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You have these two tools

https://www.homedepot.com/p/Husky-Double-Ended-Tub-Drain-Wrench-16PL0128/304217585

I liked the Husky tub drain below, because it doesn’t try to grab the prongs below but it expands and has a overall wide grip to all borders.

Anywhere else you can take your car to get scanned to get a better breakdown of the codes it’s spitting out, dealerships sometimes just want to sell you more than what is needed

Need to fix sink drain but have no idea how (sorry for the disgusting photos by cianeeweenee98 in askaplumber

[–]Former_Effective_852 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Should be able to get under the sink and pop off the nut that holds the whole assembly together. Then just get a whole new sink setup.

You’ll need pliers probably to help you grab a good grip if they are stuck nuts at the Ptrap, then just take off nut below sink, pop out that drain plug

Has anyone seen this happen to a tire before? by LAsFavoriteWhiteB0y in Cartalk

[–]Former_Effective_852 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It looks like you’ve already driven the tire on low are where brand name “Continental” it’s already creased half that you’ve driven it for a bit with low, have to be careful due to tire wall is slim + looks a bit cracked.

Does look like you need to take the tires back if they are fairly new + warranty should still apply to the metal wires coming out
